Our services are available for projects in all 50 United States. The specific services available and their requirements may vary by state and jurisdiction.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the preparation of notices, liens, and other documents. This includes but is not limited to: property owner name and address, general contractor information, project address and description, claim amount, dates of work or material delivery, and any other information required by applicable state law. Express Notices is not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Filing Deadlines

Clients understand that filing deadlines for preliminary notices, mechanic's liens, and bond claims are established by state law and vary by jurisdiction. Express Notices will make every reasonable effort to file documents within the applicable deadlines. However, Express Notices is not responsible for missed deadlines resulting from: (a) late submission of required information by the client, (b) incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, (c) delays caused by third parties, postal services, or recording offices, or (d) circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are as set forth in the Company's current pricing schedule. All fees are due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. Filing fees, recording fees, and other third-party costs are included in the quoted price unless otherwise specified. The Company reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment can be made by credit card, check, or other accepted payment methods.

6. No Legal Advice

Express Notices is a document preparation and filing service. The Company does not provide legal advice, and the use of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship. Clients are encouraged to consult with a licensed attorney for legal advice regarding their specific situation. The information provided on this website and through our services is for informational purposes only.

7. Accuracy of Documents

Express Notices will prepare documents based on the information provided by the client. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the legal sufficiency of any document prepared using information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for reviewing all documents for accuracy before they are filed or served.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Express Notices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our services. The Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Express Notices, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the client's use of our services, (b) the client's breach of these terms, (c) the accuracy or completeness of information provided by the client, or (d) any claim by a third party related to the client's use of our services.

10. Confidentiality

Express Notices will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose such information to third parties except as required by law, regulation, or court order, or as necessary to perform the services requested by the client.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at the Company's discretion for services that have not yet been performed. Once a document has been prepared, filed, or served, no refund will be issued. If a filing is rejected by a recording office due to an error by Express Notices, the Company will correct and refile the document at no additional charge.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Express Notices is organized, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.

13. Modifications

Express Notices reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
